Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 1, 2022 found that The VNA Hospice and Home Health of Lackawanna County had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 5, 2022.
